How to open a Document

To open a Document

You can open a document in various file formats. The available format appears in the Open dialog box and the Open As dialog box.

Step 1.

• First of all, you have to choose the File tab from the menu bar and select Open to open the document.

Step 2.

• If you want to open a document that was saved in a different folder, find it and open the folder.

Step 3.

• Double-click on the document that you want to open.
