To add and manipulate Text in Tables

You can add text by typing, by cutting and pasting, or by dragging and dropping.

To type text into a cell:

Step 1.

  • Click in the center of the desired cell.

  • A blinking text cursor appears, indicating that the cell is ready to accept your input.

Step 2.

  • After that you can start to type.

To move text between cells:

Step 1.

  • Double-click to select the desired cell text.

Step 2.

  • Drag the text to the destination cell.
